Personal Project for an internal extension that streamlines workflows as a clinician.
Problem
Clinicians are required to complete and upload lengthy forms to insurance providers such as Worksafe BC every day. This requires using forms that are not always natively compatible, and spending significant time cross-referencing patient details, which allows for more mistakes than if it was done in-house.
Solution
An internal extension template which auto-generates a filled-in PDF for submission and corresponding SOAP note.
