Problem
There is no way for clinicians to send and track exercise programs using the charting software used at clinics. Clinics currently have to open a separate application and manually re-enter the programs and patient details. This is repetitive, time-consuming and unpaid work for the clinician. Other alternatives are even more time-consuming.
Solution
This extension allows clinicians to seamlessly create, send and update exercise programs to their patients from within the application they already use (Jane web app). This solution is faster and better for patient care than any alternative.
