Finally, the patient can view a physiotherapists page, leave a review, or book an appointment.

This project was launched live in 2020 and operated for 3 months, with 50 provider profiles and 1k+ page views.

There were challenges with building a 2-sided marketplace - if providers were advertising on the service, then patients would not go there first.

Major learnings: collaboration between UX design, development, marketing and understanding user's needs.
